Introduction/Introducción

Hi there!

My name is Anamaria, I´ve moved recently to Japan after a very long time proyecting that, as my biggest childhood´s dream. Recently, I´ve got married with my boyfreind, he is a 大工*(daiku), who knows very well about traditional japanese wood working and house buildning. He is of course japanese, has experience as daiku renovating temples and shrines. About me, among others pofessions I´m also artisan (wood working) and vocational upper secundary qualification in bussiness and administration. I have a long experience as teacher, furniture restoration skills, so i hope we will be a good conbination working as a team!

So, after a long time talking with him and after several months planning, we decided to get another house. Is it possible to get a house ”for free” in Japan? The anwer is yes, but it isn´t so easy as it sounds! That´s why we wanted to let you know more about it, thinking that a lot of people worldwide wants to know about those ”free haunted houses”, the rules, the process, the requirements, costs and the renovation steps!

Of course there is a lot of information about those houses for free in japanese, but its terribly difficult to get that info in another languages. For that reason and for many others reasons we would like to take videos and pictures of everything we see, know and do. I really hope it will give you some inspiration, ideas or beign useful.!

Mi nombre es Anamaria, me he mudado recientemente a Japón luego de haberlo proyectado, era mi más grande sueño de la infancia. Recientemente me he casado con mi novio. Èl es un 大工* (daiku), quien sabe ,uy bien acerca de la carpintería tradicional japonesa y construcción de casas. Porr supuesto él es japonés, tiene experiencia como daiku renovando templos y santuarios. Sobre mi, aparte de otras profesiones soy también artesana (carpintería y ebanistería) y técnica profesional en administracion y negocios. Tengo una larga experiencia como profesora, habilidades en restauración de muebles, así que espero hagamos una buena combinacion trabajando en equipo!

Así que, luego de largo tiempo hablando con él y luego de varios meses de planeación decidimos comprar otra casa. Es posible realmente conseguir una casa ”gratis” en Japón? La respuesta es si, pero no es tan fácil como suena! Por eso queremos hacerles saber a ustedes más acerca del tema, pensando en que hay mucha gente alrededor del mundo que quieren saber más acerca de estas ”casas embrujadas gratuitas”, las reglas, el proceso, los requisitos, costos y los pasos para la remodelacion!

Por supuesto hay mucha información acerca de estas casas en japonés, pero es terriblemente difícil obtener esa info en otros idiomas. Por esta razón y por muchas otras nos gustaría hacer videos y tomar fotos de todo lo que vemos, sabemos y hacemos. Espero que realmente que este blog les de algo de inspiración, ideas o les sea útil!
